Founded by Lauren McArthur, a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in Christchurch and has worked in acute clinical settings across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Her diverse clinical background has equipped her with a high level of expertise in patient care and safety.
Lauren established The Wellness Nurse after recognising a critical gap in healthcare – the focus being on treating disease rather than promoting long-term health and prevention. She is deeply passionate about shifting this focus by emphasizing the importance of good nutrition, quality sleep and regular exercise as the foundation of wellness.
With advanced training from the Australasian Institute of Medical Nutrition (AIMN) and the Academy by IV League Australia, Lauren supports the foundation of wellness by delivering personalised IV nutrient infusions. These treatments are carefully formulated to promote nutrient absorption and complement key wellness principles.
